Supporting Students’ Social & Emotional Development
Interactive workshops and group sessions to support students in developing self-awareness, healthy relationships, and emotional well-being.

Growing Up in a Complex World
Students today face increasing academic pressure, social expectations, and questions related to identity, belonging, and relationships. Learning to understand oneself, communicate effectively, and relate respectfully to others is a key part of personal and academic development.
Through age-appropriate, interactive sessions, I support students in developing social and emotional skills that help them navigate school life, relationships, and decision-making with greater confidence and awareness.
What Students Will Develop
- Greater self-awareness, self-esteem, and emotional regulation
- Social and relational skills, including empathy and respect for others
- Communication skills, including listening and expressing one’s perspective clearly
- Responsible decision-making and strategies to navigate peer pressure
- A sense of belonging and awareness of identity, diversity, and inclusion

Workshops & Group Sessions
Workshops are interactive and experiential, and can be adapted to different age groups in lower and upper secondary schools. Topics may include emotional awareness, relationships, communication, classroom climate, affective and sexual education, and consent.
All sessions are grounded in evidence-based approaches, including CASEL’s framework for Social and Emotional Learning, and are designed in collaboration with schools and educators. Workshops are available in Italian, English, and Spanish.
